Through E & D Dance Troupe, dancers learn marching techniques, personal responsibility, discipline, teamwork, leadership, and confidence while participating in parades, competitions, showcases, and community events.

We are a nonprofit HBCU-style youth majorette dance and mentoring organization dedicated to empowering girls through leadership and academic excellence. Academic Excellence
Education comes first at E & D. We encourage our dancers to maintain strong grades while building discipline, accountability, and confidence both in the classroom and on the dance floor.
Leadership Skills
Through mentorship, sisterhood, and community involvement, our girls develop confidence, discipline, leadership skills, and the ability to make positive life choices.
HBCU Exposure
We expose our dancers to colleges, universities, and HBCU culture through campus visits, performances, parades, and travel experiences that inspire them to see possibilities beyond their community.
